BXMail provides flexible email hosting plans that allow administrators to manage multiple domains, mailboxes, and storage allocations under a single subscription.
Administrators can:
* Configure a specific number of primary domains based on the selected plan
* Create and manage email domains independently
* Configure DNS records during domain setup
* Allocate mailbox limits and storage quotas per domain after creation
* Manage users, aliases, and storage usage centrally

# **Domain Management**
## **Domain Limits Per Plan**
Each BXMail plan supports a fixed number of **Primary Domains**.
Examples:
* BXMail 100GB → 1 Primary Domain
* BXMail 500GB → 5 Primary Domains
* BXMail 2TB → 10 Primary Domains
The system dashboard displays current resource usage, including:
* Domains used
* Total users
* Disk usage
* Allocated storage

# **Creating a New Domain**
When adding a new domain, administrators must configure:
* Domain Name
* Maximum Disk Space Allocation
* Maximum User Count
* Administrator Account Credentials
Example configuration:

# **DNS Configuration Requirement**
After a domain is created, DNS verification is required before email services become active.
Administrators must configure the provided DNS records at their domain registrar or DNS provider.
Typical DNS records include:

| MX | Mail Routing |
| TXT (SPF) | Sender Verification |
| TXT (DMARC) | Email Protection Policy |
| CNAME | Mail Service Routing |
| DKIM | Email Signature Verification |
DKIM records are automatically generated after domain ownership verification is completed.

# **Domain Resource Allocation**
After a domain has been created, administrators can later modify and allocate resources independently for each domain.
Editable settings include:
* Maximum mailbox count
* Maximum storage allocation
Example:
